Can Tiny Shelters Bridge the Homelessness Gap?

Hamilton Alliance for Tiny Shelters is proposing the construction of a tiny home community for several unhoused people to live in. It's modelled after a similar initiative in Kitchener. Tony D'Amato Stortz, superintendent for Kitchener's A Better Ten City, is consulting on the Hamilton plan. Hamilton-Niagara Hub journalist Justin Chandler caught up with Stortz at the recent Hamilton Street Crawl for a closer look at how tiny homes can help unhoused people stay safe.
