Helping Hamilton's Peregrine Falcons Thrive

For more than 25 years, peregrine falcons have nested on a downtown Hamilton hotel roof. The Hamilton Community Peregrine Project - a mostly volunteer group - helps band the birds for identification, tracks their movements in and out of the city, and aids falcons in distress, particularly when they're learning to fly. Hamilton-Niagara Ontario Hub journalist Justin Chandler got a bird's eye view of the operation in progress.
